Job summary

Avenue 81 Senior Living in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, courteous resident transport to appointments and activities, while adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting residents in and out of vehicles and wheelchairs, maintaining vehicle safety, and reporting any safety concerns to leadership. On-call availability and weekend flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in good standing.
• Possess a current CDL and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to appointments and activities.
• Maintain PPE, cleanliness and safety of vehicles.
• Follow policies and report any abuse or safety concerns.
• Assist residents in and out of wheelchairs and vehicles as needed.
• Communicate disruptions to the Executive Director and Nursing Dept.
• Be on-call during scheduled days and flexible for weekends.
