Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Coordinator, Resident Support Services to coordinate repairs and relocate residents during remediation projects, acting as the liaison between internal teams from scope review through remediation start.

The ideal candidate will conduct introductory calls with residents, coordinate relocation logistics, document issues, escalate risks, and ensure timely, compliant project starts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory calls with residents, reviews project scope, and coordinates relocation logistics to successfully initiate remediation repair work.
• Proactively identifies and escalates priority issues to the Manager and/or appropriate departments to mitigate risk and prevent delays.
• Addresses resident concerns and escalations, documenting the issue and tracking its resolution while proposing immediate solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and anticipates resident needs, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Maintains understanding of remediation and rebuild structures, ensuring all policy and process information provided to residents is accurate.
• Confirms schedules, and follows up on all remediation cases, ensuring timely and compliant project starts.
