The role includes 2nd shift and 3rd shift, 40 hours per week, with benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living, transportation, and community participation.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and proactive, with training provided. Must be 18+, GED or HS diploma, valid license, and clearances.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-hire clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if not lived in PA in past 2 years).
• Ability to pass Medication Administration and CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living needs and medication management.
• Encourage participation in community activities and social events.
• Provide transportation to work, appointments, or social gatherings.
• Advocate for individuals’ choices and maintain their voice in care decisions.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and medical professionals to deliver holistic, person-centered care.
