Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage resident intake, annual assessments, referrals, and tailored service plans.
• Maintain records of resident interactions, goals, outcomes, and achievements.
• Follow up on lease violations to reduce evictions.
• Coordinate resident programming with staff to align with the resident services plan and Glick’s standards.
• Develop and implement resident engagement activities and partnerships with community organizations.
• Collect data to measure resident and program outcomes.
