Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in social service delivery.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License in home state.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resident Case Management: complete intake and annual assessments; document interactions and outcomes; follow up on lease violations to reduce evictions.
• Resident Programming and Engagement: coordinate programs per resident services plan; develop onsite activities; build relationships with community orgs.
• Supporting Resident Basic Needs: establish partnerships for food access, rental and utility assistance, eviction prevention.
• Administrative: manage training expenses, complete reports, maintain monthly events calendar, and attend trainings.
