You will develop individualized plans, connect participants with employment, education, and financial resources, and monitor progress toward housing stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, or related field.
• Considerable experience in social services, housing programs, case management, financial coaching, frontline financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management and service coordination to residents.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans and ITSPs.
• Coordinate employment, education, financial literacy, and housing stability services.
• Build community partnerships with employers, educational programs, and social service providers.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, FSS, and EHA requirements.
