Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree or 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management services to residents and coordinates referrals to services.
• Meets with residents to assess needs and progress.
• Coordinate transportation for meetings, job interviews, and appointments.
• Develops a Resource Directory of local service providers.
• Facilitates resident councils at the property.
• Documents client contacts accurately per Authority guidelines.
• Sponsoring educational events on literacy, technology, health, and life skills.
