The role includes on-call rotation, hands-on maintenance, and a focus on safety and quality. Experience with HVAC, electrical, drywall and painting is valued, with strong transportation and reliability a must.

• This position does require on-call rotation.
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
