Job summary

Peak Management in Michigan is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team and lease 250+ units across Wade Manor, The Park, and Poet Place.

Ideal candidates bring leasing experience, a solid understanding of Fair Housing, and strong customer service to close sales by highlighting features and benefits.

This full-time role offers medical, dental, life insurance, PTO including birthdays, a 401(k) with employer matching, and a sign-on bonus; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to commute between Wade Manor and The Park & Poet Place.

Responsibilities

• Lease 250+ units across Wade Manor, The Park & Poet Place, and Poet Place (as needed).
• Provide tours, close sales, and communicate features and benefits to prospective tenants.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and community relations.
• Adhere to company policies and Fair Housing laws.

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
• Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).
• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Serious candidates only who want to grow their careers.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.

• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
