Peak Management in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a ROCKSTAR Property Manager to oversee 400+ units at our soon-to-be-acquired community. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a Property Manager role, manages a staff of two or more, and excels in budget preparation, reporting, finance, leasing, operations, and Fair Housing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Property Manager role with staff supervision.

Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired community. They will oversee 400+units. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle. Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
