Peak Management LLC in Dallas, Texas is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Eastgrove, a 650+ unit property. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, budgeting, reporting, and lease operations, with a solid understanding of Fair Housing and prior property management experience preferred.

Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property a plus!

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
