Job summary

Peak Management in Dallas is seeking ROCKSTAR Leasing Professionals for Eastgrove, a 650+ unit community. The role requires full-time commitment at Wade Manor with occasional tours at The Park & Poet Place.

You will use product knowledge to close leases, deliver outstanding customer service, and represent Peak's values. Bilingual candidates are a plus; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience required and strong knowledge of Fair Housing.
• Excellent customer service and public interaction.

• Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.


• Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).


• Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.


• Must have the ability to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.


• Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:
