Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer locations in Greencastle, PA. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and supporting Packsize equipment while building strong customer relationships and delivering 5-Star service.

Ideal candidates bring advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and experience with diagnostic tools. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational training preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Service Engineers at customer sites.
• Install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment.
• Analyze KPI and machine performance; perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate spare parts inventory and timely preventative maintenance.
• Coach and train team; approve time cards and expenses.
