Job summary

Packsize is seeking a highly skilled Resident Service Supervisor in Greencastle, PA, working Fri-Sun 6pm-6:30am. You will supervise a team of Resident Service Engineers to install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at key customer locations and build strong customer relationships.

You will develop expert knowledge of Packsize hardware and software, ensure safety compliance, analyze KPI data, coach the team, and travel as needed for training or projects, while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Proficiency with basic Excel; familiarity with Windows platforms.
• Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills using drawings and specs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Lead and coach a team of Resident Service Engineers.
• Analyze KPI data to identify machine issues and perform maintenance.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Ensure safety protocols and 100% parts inventory accuracy.
