Job summary

Packsize International seeks an Assistant Resident Services Manager to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer sites in Indianapolis, IN. You will coordinate daily service activity, provide technical guidance, and ensure high‑quality service while collaborating with relevant internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in service engineering or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel as needed for customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in service engineering, maintenance, automation, or tech support.
• 1-3 years in team lead or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Windows OS knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Resident Service Engineers.
• Coordinate daily service activities, schedules and workload.
• Provide on-site technical and operational guidance to customers.
• Onboard, coach, and train team members.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service quality.
• Review project requirements and define equipment/service scope.
• Monitor service metrics and drive continuous improvements.
