You will supervise the team, coordinate daily activities, and mentor staff to ensure exceptional service and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in service engineering, automation, or technical support.
• 1-3 years in team lead or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Windows OS knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel 15-20%.

• Supervise and support a team of Resident Service Engineers.
