Job summary

Packsize is seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer sites. You will install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment while delivering 5‑Star service and building strong relationships with clients.

The role requires coaching, KPI monitoring, reading electrical schematics, and ability to travel for training and installs. Applicants should have strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Resident Service Engineers at customer sites.
• Provide 5-Star customer service and support; build customer relationships.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; interpret troubleshooting data.
• Coach and train team members; manage site workload and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of spare parts inventory and timely maintenance.
• Travel for training, installs, and project work as needed.
