Bigos Management, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Building Services Associate to provide exceptional resident and vendor service within the apartment community.

On-site duties include hospitality-focused customer service, parking administration, moving coordination, package assistance, access control, security, and daily activity reporting. A HS diploma is required, with 1+ year of experience, and you must be 21+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a professional demeanor
• Parking ramp management and entry/exit problem resolution
• Daily delivery of notices to residents' doors
• Assist with scheduling move-ins/move-outs
• Assist residents with package pick-ups and access to amenities
• Promote hospitality and resident support throughout the community
• Resolve resident and vendor concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain security of building key systems and access
• Patrols premises to ensure doors/windows/gates are secure
• Provide safe escort for individuals when requested
• Prepare reports of daily activities and incidents
• Assist investigations of unusual incidents and escalate when needed
• Escalate issues to Property Management or police/fire in emergencies
• Keep Management informed of on-site issues
• Attend trainings and meetings as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by Property Manager
