Key duties include assisting move-ins/outs, directing visitors, managing parking, delivering notices, writing daily activity reports, and escalating issues to management or authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• Willingness to travel for required trainings, meetings and company events.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to residents and vendors with a professional demeanor.
• Assists with move-ins/move-outs, notices delivery, and scheduling for the property.
• Monitors premises for disturbances and enforces community rules, escalating issues as needed.
