Job summary

Bigos Management, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals.

You will engage with prospective and current residents, generate traffic, conduct tours, and process lease paperwork to achieve maximum occupancy. The role requires strong English communication, 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, and the ability to travel for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments and schedule visits.
• Tour available apartments and match options to prospect needs.
• Inform prospects about benefits of renting from Bigos Management.
• Qualify prospects using company procedures.
• Move-in and explain lease terms and building rules.
• Follow up with residents about lease renewals.
• Inspect vacant apartments and maintain rent-ready condition.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
