Bigos Management, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking Leasing Consultants to handle apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, conduct tours, and prepare lease documents in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role requires strong English communication, 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, and a high school diploma or GED. Competitive benefits and paid time off are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding available apartments and schedule tours.
• Provide tours of available apartments that meet prospect needs.
• Explain advantages of renting from Bigos Management.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition using public information only.
• Follow up with prospects who have not decided to sell the property.
• Qualify prospective renters using company-approved procedures.
• Move-in new renters, discuss lease rules, and conduct move-in inspections; perform move-out inspections.
• Follow-up with residents on lease renewals and renewals.
