This full-time role coordinates programs, liaises with community agencies, and helps residents access services such as transportation, meals, and personal care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, with 2+ years delivering elder services, and a strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
