Project HOME seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations of multiple affordable housing communities in Philadelphia. You will lead property management efforts, ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, and supervise staff while coordinating financial performance and resident services.

The role emphasizes preserving safe, stable, and supportive housing environments, with a hybrid work arrangement and a starting salary of $71,035 per year, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years in affordable housing property management.
• Minimum of four years in supervisory roles.
• Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and subsidized housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple affordable housing communities.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing and Project HOME requirements.
• Manage leasing, recertifications, occupancy, waitlists, evictions, and marketing.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the property management team.
• Monitor occupancy, rent collection, and revenue performance across properties.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and oversee facilities management.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and participate in budgeting.
