Chestnut Hill Realty’s Cambridge portfolio seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead the local team and optimize resident services. The role involves preparing annual budgets, completing monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

You will work with an established, skilled team, leverage MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate others toward

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Prepare annual budgets and complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others

The salary range for this role is $80,000-88,000 annually along with an additional incentive structure depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
