Responsibilities

• Supervises onsite staff and vendor activities to ensure quality.
• Manages marketing, leasing, and occupancy levels in compliance with policies.
• Maintains financial records and monthly budgeting with Property Supervisor.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and resident relations.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates after-hours coverage as needed.
