Job summary

Related Affordable is seeking a compassionate Resident Service Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life by connecting them with vital services and fostering a strong sense of community at our Hilltop affordable housing community.

You will educate residents about available services, coordinate activities, and serve as a liaison between residents, management, and external providers to ensure timely support and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in resident/social service programs.
• Strong knowledge of local community resources and federal/state programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based reporting systems.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assistance to residents by identifying and connecting them to appropriate services.
• Educate residents on services, eligibility criteria, and application processes including wellness and tenant rights.
• Organize activities to promote engagement and community among neighbors.
• Act as liaison between residents, property management, and external providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain confidential resident files and prepare quarterly service summaries.
