Job summary

SHP Management Corporation is seeking a Full Time Resident Services Coordinator to support our 360-unit family property in Pine Hill, NJ and our 100-unit elder/disabled site in Wildwood, NJ. This 40-hour/week role requires travel between properties to connect residents with community resources and services.

You'll coordinate social, medical, psychological, and rehabilitative services, maintain confidential documentation, and complete HUD reporting as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience required.
• Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement programs of social, medical, psychological, and rehabilitative services.
• Maintain documentation of interventions, services, and communication in a confidential manner.
• Complete and submit HUD reports and other documentation as required.
• Serve as a liaison between residents and management.
