SHP Management is seeking a Full Time Resident Services Coordinator for our Pine Hill, NJ property and our Wildwood, NJ site. The role oversees coordination of non-sheltered resident services, with travel between locations required to support residents in accessing resources and maintaining independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement social, medical, psychological, and rehabilitative services.
• Assist residents and serve as liaison between residents and management.
• Collaborate with on-site staff, state, federal and community agencies.
• Maintain confidential documentation and HUD-reporting as required.
