Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support two Fresno communities, Fountain West and Arbor Ct. This role delivers on-site resident services, connects residents with social services, and fosters community engagement across family and senior housing.

The position requires a BA in a related field and 1–2 years’ social service experience with seniors or families. Salary range includes hourly wages with DOE, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Social Services, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly, families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees the delivery of resident services and program activities.
• Provides information, assistance, and resident services referrals and follows up.
• Develops supportive relationships with residents and conducts regular outreach to encourage participation.
• Interfaces regularly with provider agencies, public agencies, and community groups to maximize program effectiveness.
• Maintains resident confidentiality and participates in safety and compliance activities.

Education
