EAH Housing seeks a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to assist residents at Parkview Family and Taylor Oaks, affordable housing communities in San Jose, CA. You will connect residents with social services, coordinate on-site programs, and support community engagement while focusing on trauma-informed care and resident well-being.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in social services, experience with seniors or families, and a commitment to EAH’s mission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social service experience working with seniors and/or families.
• Experience coordinating activities for residents a plus.
• Trauma-informed approach to service delivery and community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee delivery of resident services and programs on- and off-site.
• Provide information, referrals, and follow-up; conduct annual Resident Satisfaction Survey.
• Develop newsletters and calendars of events; manage budgets and program files.
• Engage in outreach to encourage participation in resident programs and activities.
