Job summary

Reliant Realty Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a results-driven Resident Services Manager to oversee resident programs and services across the Florida portfolio. You will plan, implement, evaluate, and adapt services to improve quality of life and meet annual goals for each community.

This full-time role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and collaboration with diverse populations, plus travel to six sites. Salary is $70,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum three (3) years experience working with special needs populations such as seniors, persons with disabilities and low-income populations.
• Experience in human services field strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident services across properties in the Florida portfolio.
• Plan, implement, evaluate and adapt property services and activities to improve residents' quality of life.
• Travel to each site as required to support communities.
