Job Description Summary

This role manages customer support for residents and commercial tenants by assisting with service requests, accounting, rental issues, and coordinating other resident-related functions to achieve community goals related to resident retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve resident satisfaction and retention goals by resolving complaints and concerns promptly and answering questions about rent and fees.
  2. Complete call-backs on all service requests within 24 hours to ensure resident satisfaction.
  3. Create and coordinate resident communications, including newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, and other notices.
  4. Organize and coordinate resident events such as parties, birthday cards, welcome gifts, and unit visits.
  5. Assess the community’s appearance, curb appeal, landscaping, office environment, and vacancies daily, ensuring readiness for showings.
  6. Review nightly reports from the Courtesy Patrol Officer and Valet Living, and follow up on incident reports and lease violations as needed.
  7. Monitor the front desk phone and email, returning calls and emails as necessary.
  8. Prepare community access keys, fobs, etc., for new residents.
  9. Assist with vendor coordination and resident communication during emergency maintenance situations.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $40.87 - $45.67. Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and business needs. Additional compensation may include bonuses based on performance, with onsite roles potentially eligible for weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses.
