Job Description Summary

This role manages customer support to residents and commercial tenants by providing assistance with service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating other miscellaneous resident related functions to achieve community goals surrounding resident retention.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Achieving resident satisfaction and retention goals by resolving complaints and concerns promptly, and answering questions about rent and fees.
  2. Completing call-backs on all service requests within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Creating and coordinating resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters, etc.
  4. Organizing resident events like parties, birthdays, welcome gifts, and visits.
  5. Monitoring community appearance, landscape, office environment, and vacancies daily, ensuring readiness for showings.
  6. Reviewing nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and violations.
  7. Checking the front desk phone and email regularly, returning calls and emails as needed.
  8. Preparing community access keys/fobs for move-ins.
  9. Assisting with vendor coordination and resident communication during emergency maintenance.

The hourly pay range is $40.87 - $45.67, with additional compensation factors based on experience, location, and performance.
