Position Overview:

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in our auto service centers, focusing on guest service and department management. Your role involves scheduling, organizing workflow, and ensuring quality service delivery. We invite you to build a successful career with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
  • Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in managing the service department
  • Contribute to staff training and development
  • Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements
  • Use provided tools to recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of automotive service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 or older
  • No relocation offered
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management experience
  • Automotive sales experience
