Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance and preventative tasks across the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents and staff. You will coordinate with the Community Manager and supervise maintenance staff to address work orders, safety, and property goals.

Responsibilities include handling light maintenance, coordinating make-ready repairs, on-call emergencies, keeping logs, and maintaining inventory within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years apartment maintenance experience; 1+ year service manager preferred.
• HVAC, CPO, EPA certifications or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and amenity area upkeep.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to meet property goals.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (bulbs, filters, caulking, painting).
• Inspect exterior lighting and safety conditions; address unsafe issues promptly.
• Maintain logs for maintenance, pool, HVAC, etc., and manage inventory within budget.
