Job summary

Paradise Management LLC seeks a Service Manager to maintain the physical integrity of the community, ensuring safe living environments for residents, staff and visitors. The role oversees maintenance operations, manages staff and vendors, and ensures timely completion of service orders to meet company standards.

The position requires hands-on mechanical skills (HVAC/plumbing), carpentry, door locks, safety system maintenance and coordination with the Property Manager on major repairs and capital

Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) desired.
• Must have at least 3 years in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe living environments and preserve physical assets.
• Oversee maintenance operations and manage staff and vendors.
• Ensure timely completion of service orders (standard turnaround 24 hours).
• Coordinate capital improvements and repairs with Property Manager.
• Comply with OSHA and applicable laws.
