Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Coordinator to support resident move-ins/outs in a multi-family community. The role emphasizes heavy customer interaction, scheduling vendors, and ensuring service requests are completed on time to uphold LMH’s quality standards.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and vendor management skills, with a flexible schedule including weekends and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with vendor coordination and service scheduling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/move out.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage makes-ready tasks.
• Maintain and monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate charges and inspection results to residents.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services.
• Generate and close work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor water intrusion and issue notices as required.
• Promote positive resident relations and respond to concerns.
