Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Coordinator to manage move-in/out processes and crew scheduling for a multi-family community. You will handle vendor coordination, inspections, and timely completion of service requests while ensuring exceptional resident service and satisfaction.

You will use Payscan, Yardi, and MS Office in daily tasks, communicate effectively with residents and contractors, and maintain detailed records in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and travel as

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in residential property management or customer service.
• Experience with vendors or services (appliances, plumbing, electrical).
• Proficient PC skills, email, basic math, and MS Office.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors, and team.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends/off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/out.
• Order and schedule vendor services and monitor progress.
• Maintain make-ready boards and assign tasks to teams.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Provide residents with move-out charges and inspection results.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and materials.
• Generate work orders for make-readies and maintenance.
• Close out work orders after completion and follow up with residents.
• Schedule water intrusion work and communicate notices.
• Maintain logs and administer software systems (Payscan, Yardi).
• Distribute notices and support property walks/inspections.
