Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Coordinator in Norfolk, VA to support resident move in/out processes across a multi-family community. You will handle heavy customer interaction, coordinate vendor services, and ensure timely completion of work orders while upholding LMH's service standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to resident satisfaction, with occasional travel to regional locations and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Experience with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data input into systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/move out.
• Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services.
• Maintain make-ready boards and ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to assign and track service requests.
• Provide residents with charges related to move out/final inspection.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
• Generate work orders for make-readies and maintenance requests.
• Close work orders/tickets after completion.
• Monitor water intrusion and issue 3-day notices as needed.
• Follow up with residents after services and promote satisfaction.
• Maintain logs and systems (Keytrak, pest control, logs).
• Input information into Payscan, Yardi, and other systems.
• Distribute notices and participate in property walks/inspections.
