Responsibilities

• Generate, track, and close out in-house service orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair requests.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance appointments with residents while providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond professionally to a high volume of emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing requests and dispatching resources as needed.
• Utilize radio communication systems and GPS technology to maintain contact with field personnel and improve efficiency.
• Assist residents, contractors, and visitors by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests.
• Maintain and update daily work order and ticket assignment spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate and current.
