Job summary

You will handle scheduling, inspections, and timely completion ofWork orders while upholding exceptional resident service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in residential property management or customer service, and are proficient with Yardi, Payscan, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers helpful.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/out processes.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage make-ready tasks.
• Maintain make-ready boards and track completion times.
• Work with maintenance to assign and schedule service requests.
• Communicate charges and outcomes to residents and document accordingly.
• Create purchase orders and generate work orders for maintenance.
