Job summary

Greystar's Accolade Auburn community in Auburn, AL seeks a part-time Community Assistant to support leasing, marketing and resident services. You will handle administrative tasks, respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, and assist with move-ins and move-outs.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will work with the on-site team to help achieve occupancy goals and deliver excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks for leasing office, including filing resident files and organizing rent payments.
• Assists with sales and leasing activities: virtual tours, inquiries, tours, and showing apartments.
• Assists with lease preparation and move-in/move-out processes and associated documentation.
• Answers calls and schedules prospects for tours; coordinates resident events and distributions of notices.
• Acts as after-hours liaison and responds to emergencies within required time frames.
