Job summary

The United Group of Companies, Inc. in Cayce, SC is seeking two full-time Community Assistants to support residents, manage office operations, and assist with leasing activities at Cayce Cove.

This role provides exposure to property management tasks and customer service in a student-housing community. You will greet residents, handle inquiries, coordinate with the Property Manager, assist with marketing and social media, and participate in trainings to ensure compliance and smooth daily

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or property management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Performs various administrative duties related to successful operations of the community.
• Gives tours to prospective residents and assists with leasing processes.
• Coordinates marketing and social media initiatives for the property.
• Provides excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
