Job summary

United Group in Cayce, SC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Cayce Cove, a student-housing community. This full-time role supports marketing, leasing, resident services, and on-site operations to ensure smooth property performance and resident satisfaction.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or related Property Management experience, 1+ year in property management, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Entrata, and Canva. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Property Management.
• 1+ years of property management experience, leasing and/or office administration preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Entrata and Canva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with advertising and marketing materials.
• Prepare regular market surveys.
• Complete and distribute weekly and/or monthly sales reports.
• Make recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs.
• Assist in rent collection process and rent manager program.
• Review the property complaint log to identify remediation needs.
• Plan, assist with, and support on-site resident events and programming.
• Prepare all accounts payable for Property Manager's approval.
• Prepare all month end reports for Property Manager's approval.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget and report variances.
• Prepare paperwork related to move-ins and move-outs.
