The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of multi-family or related real estate experience, strong communication and sales skills, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata or Yardi.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree plus related/applicable work experience in sales, real estate, and/or property management.

Aufgaben

• Leasing and marketing across the community to meet occupancy goals.
• Tour prospective residents and assist with applications and move-in paperwork.
• Handle incoming calls and ensure model units are show-ready.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Assist with on-site resident events and community branding campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on marketing plans and budget.
