Job summary

United Group of Companies, Inc. is hiring two full-time Community Assistants for Cayce, SC. The roles focus on resident relations, administrative support, and program activities across Cayce Cove student housing. Expect customer service duties, leasing support, and on-site teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus relevant work history.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or property management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office hours and assist residents with issues.
• Develop rapport with residents and foster a respectful community.
• Refer issues to the Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager.
• Support security awareness and confidentiality; assist with programming and events.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
