Responsibilities

• Create and execute Marketing + Leasing Plans for Cayce Cove in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
• Coordinate events, provide leasing training, and recommend improvements to marketing and leasing programs.
• Prepare regular market surveys, reports, and monitor budget variances with the Regional Manager.
• Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with resident policy.
• Assist with monthly financial accounting, Entrata invoicing, and payroll reporting to Corporate.
• Oversee inventory, petty cash, and purchase orders for the property.
• Provide leadership to staff and residents while aligning operations with ownership goals.
• Maximize NOI, drive revenue, and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage rent collection processes and maintain resident files per operating guidelines.
