The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, and ability to collaborate with property operations, program partners, and community organizations to meet resident needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in supportive services, case management, or related fields.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches.
• Familiarity with working with diverse populations.

• Plan and oversee resident services and on-site programs.
• Coordinate referrals and connect residents to resources and benefits.
• Collaborate with property operations, maintenance, and community partners for stable communities.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records across systems.
