Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of healthcare support professionals, administrative staff, or patient service representatives.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service level expectations are achieved.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, attendance management, and performance evaluations.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to team members.
• Address escalated patient concerns and work toward timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and healthcare industry regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and leadership to support operational goals.
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to improve accuracy and service standards.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and facilitating departmental training programs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to team performance and operations.
