Job summary

True Care in New York seeks a Coordination Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Scheduling Coordinators, coach the team, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining high-quality patient care.

You will manage PTO, conduct performance evaluations, handle challenging staffing cases, coordinate contracts, monitor patient satisfaction, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced home healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in health care or homecare; 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange preferred.
• Knowledge of home care regulations (Medicare/Medicaid) is a plus.
• Ability to coach and train staff and manage scheduling operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Scheduling Coordinators.
• Coach and train the team; manage PTO and evaluations.
• Ensure policy adherence and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Address complaints, incidents, and staffing challenges.
• Assign cases and coordinate contracts for the team.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and staff performance; prepare logs.
